In case you encounter a payment incident on one of your rides, you will receive an automatic email regarding this ride.
To regularize the situation directly using the application, go to your personal space on "Payment Methods" and register a new valid credit card. If you already have a valid credit card on your Kapten account, we invite you to delete and add again this same credit card on your account. Following this manipulation, our system will automatically make a debit request to your bank.
If you want to regularize your payment via our website, open your personal space and register your new bank information.
The payment is made automatically and you will be able to use our services again.
