Kapten is now a partner of SAP Concur to simplify the management of your expense claims. Once your two accounts are connected, your professional ride invoices will be sent directly to Concur Expense. You will love expense reports!
Activation of the professional profile
To connect your Kapten account to SAP Concur, first activate your professional profile on your app.
If you are logging in for the first time, open the "Tip" section, set up your pro profile from the application menu.
Otherwise, open your profile by clicking under your name at the top of the menu, then open the "professional" tab. Activate your professional profile, fill in your professional email address and confirm.
Log in to SAP Concur
Once your professional profile is activated, a new section "Concur Fee Management" appears in your professional profile.
Click on "Login my account" and fill in the email address associated with your SAP Concur account. Confirm by clicking on "Send confirmation email".
We invite you to check the completed email address when you have received an email from SAP Concur. In this email, follow "Sign in with SAP Concur" link (valid for 24 hours). If you have not received the email, check your junk mail.
You will be redirected to a confirmation page: your Kapten account is now connected to SAP Concur! Your professional ride invoices will now be automatically sent to Concur Expense, once you have rated your driver or 16 hours after the ride.
