Have you forgotten something in our cars? Don't panic!
You can contact your driver until 30 minutes after the end of the ride by clicking on "lost items" in your ride's archive.
If you realize that you have forgotten something and the 30 minutes have passed, we invite you to contact the Customer Service by mail at email@example.com (France)/ firstname.lastname@example.org (Portugal). The service's triackability allows us to easily find your ride.
If your lost item has been found, Kapten Customer Service offers three solutions to get your item back:
• Your driver is not far from you and can bring back your lost item for free.
• Your driver drops your lost items off in our offices in the next hours and you can get it back in our offices. Contact the customer service for further information.
• Your driver is far away from your address and you can't come into our place: we can offer to organize a ride, at your own expense, in order to get your items back.
